  • Muted Flavours

    Hi ,

Been vaping for around a month now on a ELeaf Istick 40W TC with the GS Air tanks. Currently using a .75W coil at around 15-22W. However, most of the juices that I have tried have a very muted flavour .This includes the ones from domestic brands like BV, Smoka , Evolve etc. as well as others like Mooseknuckle,Charlies Chalk Dust etc. Only exceptions are a handful coffee/tobacco flavoured liquids and that too not-so-premium ones. In fact a very high number of the juices that I have tried have felt like close to no flavour .

Could it be the particular tank or is something else wrong ?

    Thanks..

    Re: Muted Flavours

    2 possibilities:
    1. Your coils are worn out - flavors get muted once the coils get old. Try putting in a new coil
    2. Too much open air flow - sometimes does dilute the flavor. Try closing the air flow and see if makes a difference.
    3. Most e-juices have a 'sweet spot' in terms of temperature/wattage. Try a higher wattage (based on your coils limit) and check
    4. If nothing else works, try a different tank. Try the same juice on an RBA - that should give you a correct indication of what the flavor should be like
